Up In Pieces LLC will refund or replace any puzzle with manufacturing defects.
If you cancel your puzzle order for any reason after payment has been accepted but before the product has been shipped, Up In Pieces LLC may charge up to 15% cancellation fee before refunding payment. We cannot cancel your order of a custom manufactured product after manufacturing on the product has begun.
